'Well-being in Action' Learning Modules
Who is this for: All Organization’s members
What is this for: This series specifically targets topics relating to mental and emotional well-being. Topics can include (but are not limited to): wellness boost, mindful meditation, resilience, stress indicators and self awareness, women and stress etc. Sessions can be customized to your organization’s nneds and run as a series over several weeks or months.
