Customized Stakeholder Interviews/Survey: Identification of culture well-being enablers & barriers

What is this for: A range of standardized, focused questions are used to assess climate, morale, engagement, perceived level of stress and health and the extent to which people perceive the extent to which a well-being culture exists.
Delivery:
- A set of 1:1 interviews
- Duration: between 30 mins to 1 hour are conducted in person or remotely with a selected group of key stakeholders in the organization.
- Starting from 5 stakeholders upwards, up to a number agreed with the clien.
- Survey interviews can be designed and tailored specifically to the context of your organization or teams.
